This website has no customer accounts, payment checkout or on-site enquiry form. Optional Google Analytics is used only if you accept it. Google Ads click measurement requires a separate optional choice. Google Signals, enhanced conversions and advertising personalisation are not enabled by this website.
Your service selections
The service selector calculates your shortlist and estimated totals in your browser. Selecting services does not submit an enquiry. Choosing the WhatsApp link opens a draft containing your selections; you decide whether to send it. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices apply when you use that service.
Website delivery
Our hosting provider may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website. Optional analytics cookies are set only after you accept analytics. We do not load the Google Analytics tag or send analytics events before acceptance or after you decline on a new page.
Optional analytics
If you accept, Google Analytics helps us understand visits to our published pages and clicks on our existing WhatsApp contact buttons. A contact click indicates interest, not that a message was sent or an enquiry received. We do not record the content of your WhatsApp draft or conversation.
Our analytics events use fixed page names and page addresses without query strings or fragments. Contact events contain only a service category, the position of the button and the contact method. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text, selected prices, full WhatsApp links or raw referral URLs in these events. Automatic outbound-link, search, form and other enhanced measurements are disabled.
After acceptance, Google receives technical information needed to process the analytics request, including browser/device information, approximate location and a cookie identifier; network requests also involve your IP address. This is not a promise of anonymous processing. Google may process information outside your country under its own policies. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Optional advertising measurement
Only if you separately accept Ads measurement, Google Ads measures clicks on our WhatsApp buttons. These are secondary engagement signals, not messages sent, received enquiries or sales. Your earlier Analytics choice does not grant Ads consent. Completing a local brief alone does not send an Ads conversion.
Ads events contain a fixed conversion action and clean page address/title. We do not send the message, brief, business name, contact details, selected services, price, full WhatsApp link, query string or referral URL in these events. Enhanced conversions and personalised advertising are disabled. Google receives technical connection and device information and may use advertising cookies to measure interaction with ads. This is not anonymous processing.
Ads measurement stays off before your choice and after declining. The separate preference is remembered for up to 180 days. Accepting may allow Google advertising cookies such as _gcl_*; Google controls its own cookies and processing. Withdrawal stops this site's click events, clears accessible first-party advertising cookies and reloads without the Ads destination; data already sent is not erased. Analytics remains on only if separately accepted.
Your choice and cookies
Accept and decline are optional choices. Declining does not affect the service selector, website content or enquiry links. We remember your choice and its date in this browser for up to 180 days using local storage; if browser storage is unavailable, it may apply only to the current page. This preference does not contain a visitor identifier.
If accepted, the _ga and Crest stream's _ga_* cookies support analytics. This site configures them for up to 180 days without renewing their expiry on each page load. Browser settings can shorten storage. Report retention is separate from cookie expiry. The current Analytics property settings specify 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data, with the user-data retention period reset on new activity. Aggregated reporting is governed separately by Google's retention policies.
Use the Privacy settings button at the bottom of a page to change your choice. Declining after acceptance disables further analytics collection, clears this site's relevant Analytics cookies where the browser permits, and reloads the page without the Google tag. It does not erase data already sent to Google. Contact us if you have a question about information already shared.
Information you choose to share
If you contact Crest, we use the information you provide to respond, assess the work you need and maintain relevant business records. Please do not send passwords, card details or other confidential credentials.
