Brand strategy for a clearer business direction.
Before changing how your brand looks, get clear on what it needs to communicate. Discuss your audience, offer and current message with Crest, then agree the strategy work needed to support the next stage.

Questions that shape the brief
Start with the business and its customers.
- Who are you trying to reach, and what do they need to understand?
- What do you offer, and why would the intended customer choose it?
- Which parts of your positioning or message need to become clearer?
Agree a practical output
The scope may address audience definition, positioning, value proposition and core messaging. Research depth, workshop format, written outputs and review points must be agreed before work begins; these are not a fixed package on this page.
How we work
We discuss your business and existing materials, agree deliverables, fees and review points, then develop the work with your input. Timing, revisions and handover are agreed before work begins.
Strategy is not an automatic rebrand
Brand strategy is distinct from a business plan, a full visual identity or an ongoing marketing campaign. Design, implementation, specialist research and account management are included only if explicitly scoped. No sales or market-share outcome is guaranteed.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Your questions, answered.
How is brand strategy different from a business plan?
Brand strategy focuses on positioning and communication to an audience. A business plan covers a wider business model, operations and financial assumptions.
Does the work include a new logo or website?
Only if separately included in the agreed scope. Clarifying brand direction does not automatically commission design or a website.
Can an established business use this support?
Yes. The starting point may be a new offer, a change in audience or a message that no longer reflects the business. The brief is agreed after discussion.
