A bounded first workflow
The existing setup scope covers one agreed workflow, up to three applications and five actions. Tool compatibility, access, data handling and approval points are checked before anything is connected.

How we work
We discuss your business and existing materials, agree deliverables, fees and review points, then develop the work with your input. Timing, revisions and handover are agreed before work begins.
Support is a separate choice
Optional monthly support covers up to two hours for an agreed existing workflow. New workflows and material changes are quoted separately. Software and external costs are additional where required. Custom applications, unrestricted access and fully autonomous business operations are not implied.

Important communications and decisions stay under human approval. We agree approval points and permitted actions before setup.
Do I need to replace my tools?
Not necessarily. We first review the process and existing tools. Feasibility and extra software requirements are confirmed before a quote is agreed.
What happens to business and customer information?
We agree the minimum access required and how information is handled before connecting systems. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer records in an initial enquiry.
